User Agreement

Welcome to Tacal, an AI-powered conversation application ("App"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access and use of the App. By using the App, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities that occur under your account.

• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at tacalapp@outlook.com.

3. Acceptable Use
When using the App, you agree:

• Not to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

• Not to impersonate others or provide false information.

• Not to use the App for harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.

• Not to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.

4. Intellectual Property

• Tacal and its content, including text, graphics, software, and AI-generated interactions, are owned or licensed by Tacal and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.

5. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described therein.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or engage in activities deemed harmful to the App or other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tacal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Tacal operates.
